Assessment / Development Centres
The Assessment/ Development centre comprises a range of intensive activities by which the individual’s level is assessed for each behavioural competency. Kelsa has an extensive bank of structured exercises, instruments and role plays that allow emergent behaviour to be observed against the defined competencies.
Here’s what we can do for you
Appropriately define the behavioural and leadership competencies as identified by the organisation for its Management personnel
Map the competency levels to observable behavioural indicators for each position
Craft the tools and exercises required for the Assessment / Development Centre
Build the observation / assessment mechanism customised to the competencies of the organisation
Provide in-person feedback to each participant of the Assessment/ Development Centre
Prepare individual development plans for each of the managers based on their performance in the Assessment Centre and their previous appraisals, to address the gap between their current level and desired level.
