We are a group of people with significant experience in the field of Human Resources Management – more importantly, in developing and integrating HR systems and processes with long-term business performance goals of the organisation.
For starters, our founders have between them over 60 man-years of experience in helping organisations enhance their potential for performance. We have worked in a range of industries – manufacturing, automobile, software, ITES / BPO, leather, garments – and have consulted for organisations in other sectors – healthcare, retail, gaming, construction, banking and power.
We have worked within and outside India (in USA & UK); we’ve also done business in other parts of the world – across Asia, Europe and Australia. We’ve worked with transnational corporations, entrepreneur-owned start-ups, Indian and internationally-owned companies, publicly-held and family-owned businesses. We’ve worked with organisations employing less than 30 people as well as with organisations having a workforce in excess of 50,000. We have been responsible for growing organisations manifold and integrating business processes with people processes.
Personally, we’ve grown the old-fashioned way, building our expertise in every aspect of helping people deliver better performance: dovetailing business strategy and people practices, developing leadership teams, building systems to scale up performance, crafting talent acquisition programs and shop-floor level interventions.
